Entirely subjective description: From the left side of the entrance angle, Bathroom ~ separate kitchen with an oven ~ storage where washer is placed ~ main bedroom facing the south with an AC ~ the 2nd bedroom facing the south ~ built-in shoe chest ~ entrance door; No mold problems for several years; Basement itself in literal sense of the word, but much better than average basement apartments; Western tenant has stayed here for about three year consistently; The landlord asks more, but I'll see what I can do to make it as stated.
