Entirely subjective description: From the left side of the entrance angle, Bathroom ~ separate kitchen with an oven ~ storage which washer is placed in ~ main bedroom with an AC ~ the 2nd bedroom ~ shoe chest ~ entrance door; No mold issue for several years because of 2.4 meter high ceiling and many windows; Entrance is kind of basement, the other parts of the flat are on the ground floor; The landlord still asks a bit more, but I'll see what I can do to make it as I stated; Available from July 16th of 2019.
