There are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 4th bedroom which is the smallest one is placed left side of the kitchen sink and has a sliding door instead of regular door.
There is a pet now, but I am not sure if the landlady allows pet.
There is no parking space at all.
The landlord asked 30 million deposit, but I'll see what I can do to make it as stated.
The bedroom that has two side window is used for a bedroom currently and it faces the North and East.
Other tenant lives above this floor, but that's a tiny rooftop apartment, so it won't be noisy.
I haven't asked about the landlord's pet policy even if I found the current tenant had a dog already. But I may try to persuade the landlady to do that if needed.
30 meter away from 02 village bus stop.
The current tenant has stayed here for more than 3 years consistently.
