Entirely subjective description: From the left side of the entrance, The 3rd bedroom beside the storage separated by sliding door ~ main bedroom ~ bathroom ~ 2nd bedroom ~ kitchen area ~ living room window ~ living room wall with an air conditioner ~ entrance door; Main bedroom is quite big, but others are pretty much small; Much brighter than other basement apartment; No mold issue; The landlord asked more, but I would be able to make it as stated; Pet isn't preferred, but I'll try to persuade the landlord if needed.
