Entirely subjective description: From the left side of the entrance angle, Living room wall with an AC ~ kitchen sink ~ storage which is a washer place ~ the 2nd bedroom ~ bathroom ~ main bedroom ~ the 3rd bedroom; Washer was moved to a storage from the bathroom; Lower than normal 2nd floor apartment, I'd say it's one and a half floor if I say to myself; 3 people used to live here;Rooftop is a little small, but BBQ allowed; The landlord wants 5 million for deposit, but I'd be able to make it as I stated; Available from May 26th of 2020.
