Regarding the pet policy, we are under negotiation. Building management fee 30,000 won per month shall be charged. Easy to access. The landlord understands English.
When it comes to space within that price range, it's second to none.
In case of Korean tenant, the landlord asked 20 million deposit, but the rent condition would be the same as foreign tenants.
Available from August 11th, 2026. I asked the landlord about their pet policy today, August 6, 2026. However, the landlord had strict rules about dogs. I have not asked the landlord about keeping a cat yet. If a guest needs to have a cat, I plan to talk to the landlord and try to change their mind.
