Therefore, the tenants will not have to worry about any defects such as mold or condensation in the premises unless there are special negative circumstances.The landlord of this lease will have about 10 days to replace the wallpaper on this premises and conduct thorough quarantine. In addition, the landlord will provide the tenant with a refrigerator, washing machine, two air conditioners, and a gas stove. All appliances aren't new, but they will be available in the right condition for the tenant to use.
Below, I will talk about the landlord's pet policy.One of my customers has a cat. In response, I have offered to pay the landlord 1.8 million won in monthly rent instead of 1.7 million won, set a two-year lease term, and 400,000 won as a cleaning fee when the tenant moves out in the future.
I tend to think I would be able to persuade the landlord to allow a cat. However, the lessor is unlikely to allow the tenant to have dog in this building.
