Gas oven doesn't work, but 4 rings gas stove works. Two air conditioners, washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove are provided.
Regarding the pet policy, we are under negotiation. Building management fee 30,000 won per month shall be charged. Easy to access. The landlord understands English.
When it comes to space within that price range, it's second to none.
Rent is 1.7 million won, Building management fee including water bill is 100,000 won. So it will be 1.8 million won monthly payment.
In case of Korean tenant, the landlord asked 20 million deposit, but the rent condition would be the same as foreign tenants.
The landlord asked more, but I'll see what I can do. Pet would be negotiable with a bit higher monthly rent and some other conditions.
