I talked to the landlord's side regarding appliances on October 9th of 2024. he said he would provide refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove before the lease begins, the air conditioner would be installed in May, 2025. And he will install bathroom sink in the bathroom before the lease begins.
I asked the lessor about the bathroom door at 14:10 on October 10. He said that the door is already blocked. Outside the door, there is a stairway that goes up the second floor. But the landlord will block the door with wood panel if needed. And the rent would be 750,000 won if the tenant brings his own refrigerator and washing machine, but the air coditioner and gas stove will be provided. *******************
